There are more Galaxy Note 7s still in use than LG V20 and OnePlus 3T combined (9 to 8 Google) A whole lot of Note 7 phones are still out there.

The state(s) of texting and driving in the US (Ars Technica) Our cell phones are now our maps and navigators. Even without texting, many are using their phones just to get where they are going. How do we deal with this going forward.
