Tumblr will allow users to make money from ads (Eventually) (The Verge) The ads are coming to Tumblr. Payments to creators? That’s a bit down the road.

Photographer Sues Getty Images For $1 Billion For Claiming Copyright On Photos She Donated To The Public (Techdirt) Oh, boy. This should be an interesting story to follow, if just for the sheer scale and amount of dollars involved.
